Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with Anita Lok. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing or booking any services, reports, or sessions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized, energetic, and time-based nature of Anita Lok’s services, all sales are final. Once a booking or purchase has been made, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance.

Each reading, report, and consultation is prepared individually with significant time, focus, and intuitive preparation. Because the work begins immediately upon purchase—whether that is energetic preparation, scheduling, or research—refunds cannot be offered once payment is received.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via the contact form or email provided in your confirmation message.

• Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time may be declined at Anita’s discretion.
• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 30 days of the original session date.

3. Digital and Downloadable Products

Digital items such as astrology reports, written analyses, or prerecorded sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered. Because these materials contain proprietary insights and personal interpretations, ownership transfers to the client at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that all information submitted (birth data, email address, etc.) is accurate at the time of purchase, as Anita Lok cannot be responsible for errors in client-provided information.

4. Energy Exchange and Client Responsibility

All services are provided as an exchange of time, energy, and expertise. Results and experiences vary by individual and are dependent on your personal openness, willingness to engage, and interpretation of the guidance offered.

Anita Lok does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. Services are intended for personal insight and empowerment, not as substitutes for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

5. Technical Issues and Delivery

If a digital file or confirmation email does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
In rare cases of technical error or email misdelivery, Anita Lok will gladly re-send the purchased materials. Re-sending does not constitute a refund or exchange.
