Sessions are generally scheduled at least one week in advance. If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule one time by providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time.
Reschedule requests made inside the 48-hour window, or failure to attend your appointment, will be considered a missed session and will not be refunded or credited.
